Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's workflow by managing the schedule.
  • Preparing and working on internal documentation and internal and external meetings. When requested,
  • directly participate in external meetings and follow up with relevant parties, as well as inform CEO of any details.
  • Providing C-Level executives with assistance in information gathering, communication within all branches of Wallach Industries, and so on.
  • Working on specially assigned projects by the CEO and other C-Level executives.
  • Helping to oversee day to day projects and assignments of operations and staff.
  • Proactively identifying ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the leadership team.
  • Willingness to develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Anticipating needs from the CEO and other team members by identifying opportunities to create processes to help streamline office flow.
Knowledge, Skills, and Background Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business.
  • 6-7 years experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing projects and deadlines.
  • Willing to work against deadlines and longer hours if requested.
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on importance.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
  • Comfortable with presenting in front of executives and high importance clients.
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Adobe CS Suite, TimeSheets.
  • Complete comprehension of office management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • High level communication skills, as well as exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the job.
